Hi I'm Bud Lucas, I have been working as a personal trainer in the fitness industry for over 20 years.

 

I have trained well over 1,000 clients, of all ages and abilities, and some with a few claims to fame, but I treat everyone the same - as a human being.

 

We have created this studio for people who:

  • Don't like going to a gym

  • Feel Intimidated by them

  • Haven't got the time

  • Don't like all the hustle & bustle
